What is the Agency Partnership Program?
Our partnership program connects verified travel agencies with travelers planning Turkey trips. As a partner, your agency appears in our directory, can create and sell itineraries, collaborate with experts, and participate in the community.
Who can apply?
Licensed travel agencies operating in Turkey or offering Turkey travel services can apply. We require valid TURSAB registration (for Turkey-based agencies), business registration documents, and verifiable operating history.
How long does approval take?
We review applications within 2-3 business days. Complex applications requiring additional verification may take up to 7 days. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.
Is there a partnership fee?
No upfront fees. We operate on a success-based model — as a Founding Partner, your first 5 bookings are commission-free, then just 10% for life.
Application Process
How do I apply?
Visit /partner, create an agency account, and complete the partnership application form. You'll need to provide business information, contact details, operating cities, services offered, and relevant documentation.
What documents are required?
We require: business registration certificate, TURSAB license (for Turkish agencies), tax registration number, and proof of insurance. Additional certifications (IATA, etc.) strengthen your application.
What happens during review?
Our team verifies your business information, checks your license status, reviews your online presence, and may contact references. We ensure every partner meets our quality standards.
What if my application is rejected?
You'll receive detailed feedback on why. Common reasons include incomplete documentation, unverifiable licenses, or concerning reviews. You can reapply after addressing the issues.
Agency Profile
How do I set up my agency profile?
After approval, access your dashboard to complete your profile. Add your logo, cover image, detailed description, services offered, operating cities, team information, and social media links. Complete profiles get 3x more views.
Can I add team members?
Yes! You can invite team members to help manage your agency account. Assign roles (admin, manager, staff) with different permission levels for bookings, messaging, and settings.
How do I get verified and featured?
Verification is granted after document review. Featured status is awarded to top-performing agencies with excellent ratings, high booking volume, and consistent quality. Maintain great service to be considered.
Listing Services
What services can I list?
You can list guided tours, tour packages, private transfers, activities, excursions, and custom trip planning. Each service can have its own pricing and availability.
How do I create itineraries?
Go to Dashboard → Itineraries → Create New. Build detailed day-by-day plans with descriptions, timings, inclusions, pricing, and photos. You can create multiple itineraries for different trip types.
Can I offer custom quotes?
Absolutely! Set some itineraries as 'Contact for Quote' to handle custom requests. Travelers can message you with their requirements, and you provide personalized pricing.
How do collaborations work?
Partner with individual experts or other agencies to expand your offerings. Reshare existing itineraries, extend them with your services, or combine multiple itineraries. Revenue splits 50-50 after platform fees.
Bookings & Revenue
How do bookings work?
Travelers book through your itinerary pages or contact you for custom requests. You receive notifications for new bookings and inquiries. Confirm availability and finalize details through our messaging system.
What is the fee structure?
As a Founding Partner your first 5 delivered trips are commission-free, then a flat 10% for life — covering platform maintenance, marketing, vetting and support.
How do I get paid?
You take payment from the traveler directly, on your own terms — the platform never holds client funds. We invoice you for commission separately, only on trips you have delivered.
How are cancellations handled?
You set and enforce your own cancellation policy, since any money is held by you. Publish your terms clearly before travelers commit. For disputes, our support team mediates to find a fair resolution.
Expert Collaboration
How can I work with local experts?
Browse our expert directory to find guides, photographers, and specialists. Send collaboration requests to reshare their itineraries or combine offerings. Build relationships for ongoing partnerships.
What are the collaboration types?
Reshare: Offer an expert's itinerary under your brand. Extend: Add your services to their itinerary. Combine: Merge multiple itineraries into a comprehensive package. Each type has its revenue split.
How is revenue split in collaborations?
After the flat 10% platform fee, the remaining 90% is split 50-50 between collaborators. So each party receives 45% of the booking value. Splits can be customized for special arrangements.
Growing Your Business
How do I increase visibility?
Complete your profile 100%, maintain quick response times, collect positive reviews, create diverse itineraries, participate in the community, and share your profile on social media.
Can I use my own marketing?
Yes! Use your agency's profile link in your marketing. Embed booking widgets on your website. We provide marketing materials and support for co-branded campaigns.
How do reviews work?
Travelers leave reviews after completed trips. Respond professionally to all reviews. Ratings factor into your search ranking and trust score. Aim for consistent 4.5+ ratings.
What support is available?
You get a dedicated partner success manager, priority support, access to analytics and insights, and invitations to partner events and training webinars.
