We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as local experts, tour operators, and partner agencies. The actual travel services are provided by these third-party partners.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Pricing

• Prices may vary based on availability, season, and demand
• Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking
• Currency conversions are for reference only; actual charges may vary

2.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Some bookings may require full payment upfront; others may accept deposits
• Payment schedules vary by service provider and will be clearly communicated

2.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are displayed at booking time
• Refunds are processed according to the specific provider's policy
• Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked
• Processing time for refunds: 5–14 business days

3. User Accounts

• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• User content must be truthful and not infringe on others' rights
• We may remove content that violates our policies

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

6.1 Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and checking government travel advisories before your trip. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (weather, political events, natural disasters, etc.).

6.2 Third-Party Services

We are not liable for the actions, quality, or reliability of third-party service providers. Disputes with providers should be directed to them first, though we will assist where possible.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
